Electrohydraulic Winch, P/N W0965, Drawing No. D31190, one (1) cable,
cable drum capacity 200 ft-75 inches, 6X37 wire rope, 8600 pull lbs.,
speed 100 FPM. The Winch is used on the Buoy Handling System on board
the 157' WLM Class Coast Guard vessels. The form, fit, and function of
this Winch must be exactly compatible with the system for which is it
intended. All responsible sources have been give the opportunity to
submit information describing their capabilities in supplying the above
item in Issue No. PSA-1264, Wednesday, January 18, 1995. The Government
intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Marco Marine
Seattle, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Delivery to be 180 days
after contract award. Delivery to be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S.
