USPFO For Idaho has a requirement to purchase a Camera Controller and Camera Pan and Tilt Device. The pan and tilt device shall be used to operate a thermal viewer located on the Multi Purpose Range Complex-Heavy range tower on the tank gunnery range. The controller shall be used to store preset target locations and direct the pan and tilt device to those locations upon command. The Camera Pan and Tilt Device shall consist of a camera pan and tilt head, remote control console, and all cabling necessary for operation. The console shall control up to four cameras. The Camera Controller and Pan and Tilt Device shall be available for delivery within 90 calendar days after award of contract. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification for this acquisition is 3361. Interested SB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as earlyas possible but no later than 14 days after publication of this notice. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
