The Environmental Service Branch has a requirement for a contractor to furnish, install, repair, replace mini and vertical blinds and hardware throughout Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The contractor shall furnish all transportation, personnel, equipment and everything that is necessary to perform and complete the required services. Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Officer Representative, product samples for evaluation, examination and selection to conform to original/similar conditions prior to the manufacture, repair, replacement, or installation. Contractor may be required to perform services during odd hours in areas not accessible during normal working hours. Variation in size, style, quantity and different site conditions cannot be adequately described or specified. Therefore, offerors shall be required to make an appointment for a site visit to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. The Government anticipates to award a firm fixed-price type contract. Solicitation to be issued o/a 13 Mar 95 and close o/a 28 Apr 95.
