Contractor shall furnish recyclable spill kits. Inital delivery will be 226 kits to 26 locations. Recovery of the spill kit for recycle will be upon call from the user. The contractor shall replace the used kit upon recovery. The kits will be used to recover spilled petroleum products during refueling operations. The absorbent component of the spill kit will be 100 percent polypropylene absorbent material that can be cleaned and reused or an equivalent. The period of performance is 1 April 1995 - 30 September 1995, with option to renew for period 1 October 1995 - 30 September 1996. All requests for RFP DAHA38-95-R-0001 must be in writing. Solicitation will be issued on or about 21 February 1995. Proposals are due by COB 14 March 1995 (044).
