The agreement will have a contract guarantee minimum. The duration of the agreement will be a basic year and two one year options. all items shall be designed and fabricated in strict compliance with requirements contained within the specifications to be furnished. The requirements are quality affecting and award will be made to the offeror providing a technically acceptable, low realistic priced offer. A quality assurance plan is required and must address the requirements in the U.S. Department of Energy Quality Assurance Requirements and Description Document as it pertains for materials and fabrications of steel sets and channel lagging.
