A -- FY95 TECHNOLOGY REINVESTMENT PROJECT (TRP) POC 1-800-DUAL-USE (8:00 AM through 6:00 PM, EST, Monday-Friday). The FY95 Technology Reinvestment Project (TRP) solicitation that was to be issued on Friday, February 17, 1995, has been delayed indefinitely. Recent Congressional actions have made the availability of funding previously appropriated for the competition uncertain. The competition is, therefore, being delayed until the funding situation becomes clear. No new date for issuing the solicitation has been scheduled. When the solicitation is issued, it will be announced in the Commerce Business Daily and copies will be mailed to those people and organizations on TRP's mailing list. Call 1-800-DUAL-USE to get on TRP's mailing list. Potential proposers may continue to discuss their concepts with government representatives until the solicitation is issued. (0046)
