NCCOSC RDTE Division intends to negotiate a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for engineering services. Engineering and technical services will support the Ocean Survey Systems Program in the development of navigation and sonar systems. The contractor will develop an integrated navigation and sonar system for naval oceanographic survey ships and develop, integrate, install, and test an integrated multi-beam sonar system on multi-mission ships. The services shall be for a base period of one year, with four additional one year option periods. Contractor employees must possess, or be able to obtain, a security clearance at the SECRET level prior to assignment under the contract. Solicitation document to be issued on or about 03/08/95.
