Economic analysis to support policy and planning activities to ensure long-term ecological sustainability and economic viability on a regional (Forest Service) basis. The scope of work includes a baseline analysis and a forecasting analysis, with the following products to be delivered: (1) a description of the methodology, presented in a user-friendly package that is generally applicable, (2) a summary of the analysis to the selected regions, (3) a workshop to be conducted focusing on the application of the results of this effort. A Request for Proposals will be issued March 15, 1995, with responses due April 15, 1995. This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. (045)
