The Title I, Title II and Other Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite quantity contract for Architect/Engineer services for Falcon AFB, CO and its world wide sites and remote sites that which appeared in Issue No PSA 1262 of the CBD on 13 Jan 95 is modified as listed below: (1) Change the work required to read ``all engineering disciplines involved in the design of projects, which involve constructing small buildings, remodeling, landscaping and some base infrastructure. Additionally, the contractor may be required to conduct a variety of studies and develop general base planning documents. (2) Change the requirement from all drawings to be Computer Aided Drafting Design (CADD) to ``All drawings will comply with Graphical Information System standards as set by Falcon AFB.'' (3) Change the engineering disciplines required for this contract to read as follows: ``Architecture is the lead discipline. Other disciplines will be required depending on the scope of individual projects. Other disciplines include; but are not limited to; Landscape, Urban Planning, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. These disciplines must be identified in your submittal but are not required to be on the Architect's Staff. These firms may be listed as subcontractors, outside associates or consultants. Landscaping should stress Xeriscaping principles. (4) Add the following to the location qualification, ``Additional consideration will be awarded for direct representation in Colorado. (5) Add the following requirement to the Volume of Work qualification, ``List the points of contacts within the user organization for which your previously worked''; and (6) Request all firms list their expected subcontractors, outside associates and consultants, to include in tabular form: a list of projects jointly worked with your firm during the last three years and a list of references with points of contact to include phone numbers.
