F -- REMEDIATION OF HAZARDOUS/INFECTIOUS MATERIALS Contact SSgt Kurt C. Weilbaecher (505)475-2093, Contracting Officer Ray A. Blevins 505/475-3993. Services to include mitigation and cleaning of hazardous material incidents for all nine (9) Department of Transportation (DOT) hazardous substance classes and substance classes and infectious substances, except explosives. Contractor shall have the capability of autonomous performing remediation of hazardous material incidents up to and including "level A" protection as defined within 29 CFR 1910.120 and NFPA 471 and 472. In addition, the contractor shall meet all federal, state and local lawas, policies and directives in effect at the time of the incident. Contractor is expected to return the site to near or as near as possible to the original condition which may include packing the hazardous material into DOT containers. It is contemplated that a formal solicitation will be issued at a later date.
