The Department of Health and Human Services seeks a contractor to implement a full range of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for approximately 1,412 Federal Employees from various Federal Agencies throughout Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Required functions will include employee orientation, training and consultation with supervisory personnel, outreach activities, diagnostic and referral counseling. Request for Proposal will be released in mid-March. Service to start 11/1/95 to 10/31/96 with options for two additional years. This solicitaton is 100% set aside for small business.
