The Department of Health and Human Services seeks a contractor to implement a full range of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for approximately 10,913 Federal Employees from various Federl agencies in New Jersey. Required functions will include employee orientation, training and consultation with supervisory personnel, outreach activities, diagnostic and referral counseling. Request for Proposal will be released in mid-March. Service to start 10/28/95 to 10/27/96 with options for two additional years. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business.
