The Government intends to procure the services of Trimble Navigation for the upgrade of field returned Small Lightweight Global Positioning System Receivers (SLGRs) to include L1/L2 and PPS capability. The requirement will include a 4 yr warranty, maintenance kits and an antenna option. Performance will be conducted over a 2 yr period with delivery 60 days after receipt of field returns. This acquisition will be pursued on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. See numbered Note 22.
