Operate and maintain aerial targets, scoring, drone control, and range control systems at Tyndall AFB, Florida. Also included is a requirement to operate and maintain full-scale aerial targets at Holloman AFB, New Mexico. Requirements include: Operation and maintenance of Full-Scale Aerial Targets (QF-4 and QF-106) to include manned flying requirements. Operation and maintenance of Subscale Aerial Targets (BQM-34A and MQM-107) at Tyndall AFB, Florida. Operations and maintenance of certain communications equipment associated with target and control operations at Tyndall AFB, Florida including drone destruct system. Operation and maintenance of Gulf Range Drone Control Upgrade System (GRDCUS) computer hardware, displays, consoles, support equipment and system software; on-call maintenance of telemetry/data systems and support equipment. Hardware and software systems engineering for the targets, control systems, and associated equipment to include installation, software troubleshooting and system change recommendations. Performance of systems programming for GRDCUS including ongoing development and maintenance of GRDCUS software. Technical writing support for special projects, conducted within the 475th Weapons Evaluation Group (WEG). General support services to provide supply support, transportation, corrosion control, preventive maintenance, administrative support, documentation, resource management, safety, security, and quality control. Provide trained aircrew to fly the Airborne Platform/Telemetry Relay Aircraft (E-9A). Operations and maintenance of the Gulf Range Video System at Tyndall AFB, Florida. Maintenance of Range Control System (RCS) computer hardware, displays, consoles, support equipment and system software. Operation and maintenance of scoring systems to include Digital Doppler Scoring (DIGIDOPS), Recovered Doppler Airborne Vector Scoring (RDAVS), and the follow-on Non-Cooperative Airborne Vector Scoring (NAVS); and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for QF-4/QF-106 drone peculiar systems and components. The contract period will consist of the Basic plus five (5) option years, beginning 95 Oct 01. Site visits to Tyndall AFB, Florida and Holloman AFB, New Mexico will be conducted. A libarary will be set up and made available for use after the site visit. Security clearances will be required of the successful offeror.
