CDM Federal Programs Corporation (CDM Federal) will require subcontract support to perform post closure sampling and maintenance activities at the USEPA Superfund Asbestos Dump Sites located in Meyersville, Morris County, New Jersey. These subcontract activities will be performed under CDM Federal's prime ARCS Region II Contract 68-W9-0024 with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and in accordance with all specifications contained therein. The subcontract activities will include but not be limited to the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to perform site inspections; scheduled sampling of groundwater surface water and gas venting; provide analytical services, the preparation of technical reports; maintain and repair landfill caps, side slopes, surface vegetation, monitoring wells, gas vents, drainage systems and ancillary items. CDM Federal intends to issue an Initiation for Bid, with a thirty turnaround within the next sixxty days for the procurement of a one year base subcontract with two additional one year options encompassing the services detailed above. This solicitation will require a demonstration of technical ability and experience in both the maintenance and analytical services to be performed. Interested firms should submit a letter of interest which must include a brief synopsis of experience in relative services, three recent, (within the last two years) client references supporting this experience, a listing of analytical laboratories, (maximum of three) that will be proposed as lower tier subcontractor(s) capable of performing the analytical services outlined above, in accordance with US EPA Region II CLP protocols. Two client references as well as the necessary licensing and certifications must be supplied for each analytical laboratory listed. Letters of interest must be received by NLT March 24, 1995. All subcontract awards are subject to USEPA review and consent. (045)
