The procurement consists of furnishing stand-by medical services for the visitor and resident population at Grand Canyon National Park. The service is required on a year round basis. This procurement action will cover May 1, 1995 through September 30, 1995 (base period). The procurement will be for the base period and include four option years. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). This procurement action is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
