INVESTIGATIONS IN COMPLAINTS OF DISCRIMINATION Sol. RFP 1CO-0142. Due

Federal Burau of Prisons is seeking professional to conduct
administrative investigations in complaints of discrimmination based on
race, color, religion, sex, (including sexual harassment), age,
national origin, handicapping condition, reprisal or any other bases
that may be deterimined by further amendment to Title VII of the Civil
Rights Act OF 1864. This requirement is estimated to cost between
$25,000.00 and $50,000.00 (including options). Contractors desiring
consideration shall submit request of solicitation in writing no later
than 15 days after the date of this synopsis. The Government intends
to make a single award to a contractor whose proposal offers the
greatest value to the government in terms of price, and other factors
considered. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside.
This contract will be awarded for one base year and one option year.
The government reserves the right to exercise options. The date set
forth in # 10 of this synopsis is the proposed date that offers are
