The Peace Corps intends to negotiate a personal services contract for a Program and training Specialist in Mongolia on a sole source basis with Mr. Mark T. Bishop. The contract period of performance shall be from April 23, 1995 to April 22, 1996 with four one-year options to extend the contract. Mr. Bishop has the unique qualification of currently living in Mongolia and having been intimately involved in the design and development of the current training program. Any individuals (not organizations or companies) who are able to provide these services in Mongolia are invited to identify their interest and ability to meet this requirement by submitting a response within 15 calendar days of this notice to include technical capability and any other information which shows a bonafide ability to meet this requirement. As a result of analyzing any response to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation shall be issued to the intended individual.
