The requirement will include full operation of the travel agency to provide for official governmental travel and leisure travel services in support of Robins AFB and all tenant organizations. A concessionaire-type arrangement is anticipated. The requirement will be for a basic contract period plus nine annual options and a one-to-six month short option. Proposal evaluation will be in accordance with streamline source selection procedures as outlined in AFFARS Appendix BB and supplements thereto. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small business with size in accordance with standard industrial classification 4724, with $1,000,000 annual revenues, but excluding funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party, such as bookings or sales subject to commisions. The commissions would be included as revenue. The anticipated release date of the RFP is: 95 Mar 24.
