The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance is 480 calendar days. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Bid packages will be available on or about February 28, 1995. The IFB and Construction specifications will be issued on double-sided, high-density DOS-formatted 3.5-inch floppy diskettes. The IFB and specifications are formatted using WordPerfect 5.1. Drawings will be provided on hardcopy.
