The Pre-solicitation conference scheduled for 22 Feb 95 has been cancelled. A draft RFP will be issued on or about 21 Feb 95 to all companies who have requested the RFP. Comments/suggestions regarding the draft RFP shall be faxed to Sandy Bednoski no later than close of business on 27 Feb 95. The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) still intends to issue the final RFP on or about 3 Mar 95. The proposal due date will be 8 May 95, NOT 3 Mar 95. The third sentence of the synopsis, under the first task for SNAE project integration shall read ''1) facilitating effective liaison and interchange between two or more SNAE associate contractors participating in the neutralization of missiles and logistics support involved in the overall dismantlement effort.''
