Harvey, (205)235-7558 Contractor shall be responsible for providing all plant, labor, equipment, a portable cellular telephone and materials for performing the work for the repair and grade of storage lot identified as Lot 4 located North of Building 121, next to dock 125, Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The work includes site preparation and grading. New stone to be hauled on site, spread and compacted/rolled on the lots. Lot to be graded and sloped to drain. Contractor shall arrange work so as to keep interruption and interference with Depot operations to an absolute minimum. Estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. One Job. Job is to performed at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama, 36201. Completion time to be within 30 calendar days after date of notice to proceed.
