This project is to provide all supervision, labor, equipment and materials necessary to renovate the base fire station kitchen at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The principle features of work include, but are not limited to repair existing floors, walls, and ceiling; replace and relocate existing interior doors; installation of new exterior windows; rearrangement of existing kitchen equipment; repair existing plumbing system, repair air conditioning system, lighting system, and power system. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The performance period is 180 calendar days. This procurement is 100 percent set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. All solicitation requests must be submittted in writing. A $15.00 fee, payable to the United States Treasury, is required for each solicitation requested. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Federal Express or DHL account numbers with their requests for solicitation documents to expedite delivery.
