Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to (1) Construct Fueling Facility at Bulk Storage Area ``A'' including fuel tanks, covered storage area, access road, receiving/issue station, and other work and (2) Demolish two underground storage tanks at Immediate Service Area ``F'' including piping, valves, pump, receiving/issue station, and other work. All work is to be performed at McChord AFB, WA. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The period of performance is 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is expected to issue on or about 13 Mar 95, with a bid opening date projected to be 12 Apr 95. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
