The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following: Complete removal of approximately 6045 square meters of existing roofing system from Building 1209. Removal includes the surface aggregate, roofing membrane, insulation, flashing, and accessories. Installation of a new weatherproof built-up roofing system, which includes the installation of insulation, 4-ply built-up roofing, metal coping, surface aggregate, flashing, and miscellaneous accessories.
