Sullivan, Contracting Officer, (805) 258-2593, FAX (805) 258-2904 NASA Dryden Flight Research Center has a requirement to procure a fully operational flight termination system with the following subsystems: 2-encoders; 2-power amplifiers; 2- transmitters; 1-system controller; 1-switching unit; 1-remote control panel; 1-monitor receiver. System must be fabricated from current, standard, commercial-off-the-shelf type, solid state equipment and components and shall be of modular construction. All modules shall be interconnected with plug in connectors only. No soldered interconnects shall be used. Procurement conducted under the NASA MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993. Request for copies of the RFO must be submitted in writing.
