containing up to 4% sulfur, have a sulfur range of 0.005 to 99.99%,
analysis within approximately 2 mintues, provides accuracy to q 1% of
sample sulfur content, meets ASTM D 4239-94 specifications, or LECO
Corporation, Model Number SC-432 Digital Reading IR Sulfur Determinator
for Coal, Coke, Ore, Hydrocarbons and other materials, with LECO 050
Electronic Balance, Automatic Weight Compensator and Printer assembly
or equal. Salient characteristics are: (1) A semi-automatic system for
analyzing sulfur by a high temperature oxidative combustion method
with non-dispersive infrared absorption detection which meets ASTM D
4239-94 standard methods, (2) a system which introduces oxygen through
the combustion tube, draws the combustion gases passing them through
a narrow band optical filter, and places them in a sample chamber to be
measured by a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) detector, (3) a compact
system which has a built-in integral electronic balance with automatic
tare and printer and a micro-computer processor with a LCD display and
a separate keypad for sample information, (4) a furnace system with a
