The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with National Information Systems, San Jose, CA, for the migration of two Accent-R Database Management Systems (DBMS) licenses from two computer systems to VAX 6460, including maintenance recertification. The Accent-R DBMS is proprietary to National Information Systems. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. See Note 22.
