The work includes providing the plant, labor, materials and equipment to deliver and load stone on Government barges on the Missouri River near Omaha, Nebraska. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Quantity contract for a basic period to run through September 30, 1995, and two option years to run from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1997, to Fort Calhoun Stone Company, a firm from Omaha, NE. The stone must be delivered and loaded on government barges, therefore the contractor must have an existing and suitable dock and loading facility on the Missouri River in the Omaha vicinity.
