Vollmecke (908)532-2364 The CTT/H3 and CTT/HR3 are special application
Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Satellite Communication (SATCOM) and Line
of Sight (LOS) secure intelligence dissemination terminals to be
deployed as part of tactical systems. The terminals deliver critical,
time sensitive battlefield targeting information to tactical commanders
and intelligence nodes at all echelons, in near real time, at
collateral and system high security levels. The CTT/H3 are
interoperable in the Tactical Reconnaissance Intelligence Exchange
System (TRIXS), Tactical Information Broadcast Service (TIBS), Tactical
Related Applications (TRAP), and Tactical Data Information Exchange
System (TADIXS-B) networks. The functional specification is available
upon request. The proposed effort is for the Production of 17 CTT/H3
and initial spares, services for depot maintenance and services for
integration of CTT/H3 and CTT/HR3 into host systems. Engineering
service for integration of equipment into host systems must commence
immediately upon contract award. Any interested source shall
demonstrate that they now have equipment that complies with the
requirements of the functional specification, can deliver that
equipment in quantity with not more than 12 months lead time and can
immediately support the integration of that equipment into host
systems. Options for range quantities of up to 33 CTT/H3 in FY96 and 22
CTT/H3 and 36CTT/HR3 in FY97 may be exercised. This contract will be a
Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract with initial deliveries required 12
months after award. The government does not own drawings and production
specifications to permit full and open competition. Interested sources
for this effort, who have the required equipment and sufficient
technical, production, and program managerial experience in this type
of work are invited to send a response describing in detail their
ability to deliver the equipment and services. Responses should be
