Smith, Contracting Officer at (203) 440-6701 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Detachment, New London, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure one (1) each 12-Channel Rotary Joint. It is also anticipated that a combination of an additional twenty-one (21) each 12-Channel Rotary Joints will be procured as three (3) separate options. Also anticipated as options are engineering services to support test, evaluation, integration, installation and deployment of the 12- Channel Rotary Joints. The 12-Channel Rotary Joints will be fabricated according to Government specifications and drawings. THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. A Technical Proposal will be required in response to the Request for Proposal. Evaluation is Low Cost Technically Acceptable.
