Muse Walter Reed Army Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Landis, Gyr & Powers of Beltsville, MD to supply and deliver single input controller/receivers for use by the Department of Public Works. The contract will be for a base year plus four option years. At a minimum the controller/receivers must have internal restrictors for the operation of remote sensor/transmitters, be no larger in size than 6 3/4'' x 5 11/16'' x 2 15/16'' and not require any modifications to be installed. The solicitation will outline all other minimum essential characteristics. The solicitation will be available on or about 9 March 1995.
