The Department of Health and Human Services seeks a contractor to implement a full range of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for approximately 15,690 Federal Employees from various Federal Agencies in New York City. Required functions will include employee orientation, training and consultation with supervisory personnel, outreach actitivities, diagnostic and referral counseling. Request for Proposal will be released in mid-March. Service to start 10/1/95 to 9/30/96 with options for two additional years. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business.
