Contractor will respond to service calls within two (2) hours and be on station for repair within four (4) hours after notification that equipment is inoperative. Equipment consists of one (1) Phillips Neuro-Angiographic Suite, SN#980340244007, which includes one (1) Poly UV, two (2) Classic Generators, one (1) Tube Crane, one (1) Seconds Plane Film Changer, one (1) Elgen Video Recorder, one (1) Stepping Table Top, one (1) X-ray tube, one (1) Seconds Plane Generator with Film Changer, and one (1) SRO tube. Initial contract period will be for one year with two one-year options to renew. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
