We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Fitness CenterOutdoor Volleyball Tournament to be held on 25-26 May 1995. The event will take place at the Elmendorf Fitness Center. The tournament will consist of on and off base teams. The two day event will include an awards ceremony after the tournaments completed. We are asking for sponsorship of 90 t-shirts (with logo), food and beverages for the two days, trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, and door prizes. The total cost is approximately $2800.00 for this event. We will accept all or part as sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 May 1995. This is a solicitaiton for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (047)
