Correction: Itema.1) requirement for domestic freight next business Day delivery service is corrected to add: Total weight of A multiple package shipment shall be from 151 pounds up to 4,000 pounds. 2. Add: Item (A.2) requirement for domestic express freight second business Day delivery service shipments consisting of single and multiple package shipments weighing more than 150 pounds. Total weight of A multiple package shipment shall be from 151 pounds upto 4,000 pounds. The contractor shall provide receiving/loading dock or Main entrancepickup, transportation, and receiving/loading dock or Main entrance second business Day delivery of packages to ZIP codes located in the contiguous United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and shall use A Commercial Bill of lading (CBL) as the shipment document. 3. Delete: Item (C), requirement for International express small package delivery service. 4. Correction: Item (D.1) domestic express next business Day small package delivery service-shipments consisting of A single package weighing up to 150 pounds and multiple packages weighing up to 150 pounds. Add: Item (D.2) requirement for domestic express second business Day small package delivery service-shipments consisting of A single package weighing up to 150 pounds, and multiple packages weighing up to 150 pounds. The contractor shall provide desk-top pickup from ZIP Code locations in the United States and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, transportation, and second business Day desk-top delivery between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, morning ZIP codes must be delivered by 12:00 noon; afternoon ZIP codes by 5:00PM to ZIP Code locations in the United States and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. A CBL shall be used as the shipping document. Services are required for the period November 16, 1995, through September 30, 1996 with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract.
