contractor shall provide receiving/loading dock or Main entrancepickup,
transportation, and receiving/loading dock or Main entrance second
business Day delivery of packages to ZIP codes located in the
contiguous United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and the commonwealth
of Puerto Rico, and shall use A Commercial Bill of lading (CBL) as the
shipment document. 3. Delete: Item (C), requirement for International
express small package delivery service. 4. Correction: Item (D.1)

delivered by 12:00 noon; afternoon ZIP codes by 5:00PM to ZIP Code
locations in the United States and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. A
CBL shall be used as the shipping document. Services are required for
the period November 16, 1995, through September 30, 1996 with four
one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The RFP is
anticipated to be issued on or before March 1995, and Close 45 calendar
