Excavate and construct Concrete footings for three tilt-over fiberglass masts. Assemble and install three Government-furnished antenna masts approximately 40' in height. Install Government-furnished buried coaxial cables from each tower to the equipment building and provide and install weatherproof NEMA enclosures and grounding plates.
