This is a presolicitation notice for the construction of approximately 23 water wells and pressure enclosure systems in the counties of Humboldt, Del Norte, Trinity, Siskiyou, Shasta, Tehama, Modoc, and Lassen in Northern California. The contract issued will be a requirements contract issued for the period of one base year and one year option period. SIC 1781 applies. Bid, payment and performance bonds will be required. Contractors will provide evidence of a California Class C-57, Well Drilling License or equivalent. This requirement is unrestrictive under the provisions of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Solicitations will be issued on or about March 24, 1995.
