Engine. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order
to be eligible for award. This procurement will be a 100% Small
Business Set-Aside, the size standard for which is 1,000 employees.
Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for
this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance
with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List Procedures. These
procedures may be obtained from the Contracting Officer. No phone

or mail only. Justification for other than full and open competition is
FAR 6.302-l. Approved small business sources are Aviojet Corporation
and Therm Incorporated. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award
