(DM) intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Unit Subcontract, for twenty-two (22) completely packaged Horizontal Pumps and Motors for delivery over a three year period. The requirement will support the Department of Energy's Strategic Petroleum Reserve Sites in Louisiana and Texas. The Specifications require that each unit consist of a pump, motor, coupling, structural steel skid, lube oil system, instrumentation, piping electrical items and all related equipment and accessories.
