#66-408D (Water depth, tide and flood stage measuring instruments and
accessories) and #66-411A (Communication equipment specialized for use
with environmental data acquisitions systems), to Novalynx Systems,
Incorporated. This amends an earlier notice published in the December
7, 1994 issue. This amended notice adds installation and training to
the previously published parts list and makes several minor changes in
the parts list. Furnish all labor, tools, transportation, training

Testing and the demonstration of the system operation will be required.
These tests shall include, but are not limited to, the following: a.
Communication reliability and range. b. Stream level and rain gage
performance and calibration. c. Program operation. d. Printer and
output tables. e. Changing of alarm points and station address. f. AC
Electrical current interrupt. g. Overall system operation. Once the
system is proven operational, the vendor, through qualified
individuals, shall instruct appointed personnel in the operation and
maintenance of the installed equipment and software. All items shall be
shipped to Lancaster, Texas. Delivery shall be 15-45 calendar days
after receipt of order. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE AND NO
TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Concerns may identify their
interest in and capability of meeting these requirements by submitting
written information to include detailed specifications and quote to
the following address no later than fifteen calendar days after this
notice is published: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District,

76102 All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered,
including those which propose appropriate substitution of equipment
other than that specified. As a result of analyzing responses to this
synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a
solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional
synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the
intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of
intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Response/price
quotes must state that the vendor is not currently on the consolidated
list of debarred, suspended, and ineligible Vendors or otherwise
