The heater will be mounted vertically and located within an unheated building. The heater shall have a maximum pressure of 450 psig, a maximum temperature of 600 degrees F, and shall be able to increase the air temperature from 40 to 225 degrees at 6.4 pps airflow and 400 psig inlet pressure. Documentation shall also be required. Delivery to Cleveland, Ohio 44135. Delivery schedule is 105 calendar days after contract award. The date set for opening of bids is approximate. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993.
