MacDill AFB, Florida intends to place an order against Inova Communications, on GSA non mandatory schedule contract number GSOOK94AGS6417 for 9 Cisco 4000 Routers CLIN number 9010, 9 Dual Ethenet Processor Modules CLIN number 9138 and 9 Dual Serial CLIN number 1031BU. This is a notification of intent to place an order in accordance with the Federal Information Resources Management Regulation (FIRMR) 201.39.501 through an exisiting GSA ADP schedule contract. GSA schedule firms must indicate their interest and GSA contract number within 15 calendar days of this advertisement. Non GSA Schedule firms will also be considered but only if responding with clear and convincing documentation to include pricing figures that it is advantageous to consider non-schedule offers. If no affirmative written responses are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice to the effect that a comparable source is available or that it is more advantageous for the Government than purchasing from GSA schedule contract, an order will be placed with Innova Communications, from their schedule contract. No solicitation documentation exists and request for such documents will be considered non responsive and not valid for consideration. Oral communication are not acceptable. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. (052)
