SOL RFC-OO-95-1014 DUE 032395 POC Contact Point, Michael McFarland, (202)720-4179 The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of Operations, is seeking comments on specifications to meet requirements for magnetic tape subsystems, including both equipment and maintenance, for the USDA, National Computer Center (NCC), Kansas City, Missouri. USDA's requirements include maintenance of existing magnetic tape equipment. The objective of this Request for Comment (RFC) is to provide industry with a near final draft of the USDA's requirements before release of the RFP. All firms interested in receiving a copy of RFC-OO-95-1014 must submit a written request to the attention of Mr. Michael McFarland. Requests may be faxed to (202) 720-4529. The RFC will be issued after March 23, 1995. The USDA will mail a copy of the RFC to all parties who request one until all copies have been distributed.
