COMMAND AND CONTROL SYSTEM(ATCCS) AND PRODUCT MANAGER STANDARD DUE

seeking potential sources to provide technical, non personal services
support to the Army Tactical Command and Control System (ATCCS) and
Product Manager Standardized Integrated Command Post System (PM SICPS)
programs for Program Executive Office, Command and Control Systems
(PEO-CCS). This is a follow-on effort to Contract DAAB07-88-D-A044.
This support will be required for a three year period to continue
ongoing ATCCS support. The contractor is required to develop new and
update existing interface software for the ATCCS systems and Corps
Battle Simulation (CBS) software. The contractor will be required to
provide Interim Contractor Support (ICS) of fielded ATCCS systems at
various military installations both CONUS and OCONUS, development and
implementation of the various Standardized Integrated Command Post
Systems (SICPS) platforms, support of Army Warfighting Exercises (AWE)
by continued development of existing prototype interfaces between
training simulations and C3I systems, and integration and
experimentation of ATCCFS and Force XXI systems. contractor support to
PD-IMETS includes fabrication of initial prototypes, upgrade of
prototype system to include reconfiguration of hardware and software
changes and field support. The contractor shall demonstrate the staff,
facilities, and equipment availabvle for rapid prototyping (i.e.
development, to include drawing packages, of installation kits for
mounting ATCCS systems in the unit's vehicles). The contractor must
have a government approved tracking, handling, and purchasing system.
Principle place of performance is Fort Lewis, WA and local contractor
facilities in the vicinity of Fort Lewis, WA. Supplementary brochures
and a description of the companies qualifications to provide the
required services should be provided. Respondents are cautioned that
only contracting officers are leggally authorized to commit the
government. This request is for planning purposes only, not a request
for proposals, and does not commit the government to pay for
