Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Thoses interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospitial, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Estimmated number of mandays are 26,262 mandays (20,732 male and 5,530 female) for the base period and 13,394 mandays (10,574 male and 2,820 female) for option year No. 1, 13,661 mandays (10,785 male and 2,876 female) for option year No. 2, and 13,933 mandays (11,000 male and 2,933 female) for option year No. 3. Estimated issue date o/a 03/27/95. Estimated closing date is o/a 05/26/95. Contract base period is two years, with three one-year options to renew. A Fire-Fixed Price Requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources that submit a proposal shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
