Concerns having the ability for providing a secure Community Detention Center facility for male Federal juvenile offenders. Those individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, educational and vocational training (post secondary) and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, expect the expence of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Memphis, Tennessee, area. Estimated number of mandays are 13,140 for the base period, and 7,292 mandays for option year No. 1, 8,022 mandays for option year No. 2 and 8,824 mandays for option year 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 03/27/95. Estimated closing date is o/a 05/26/95. Contract base period is two years with three one year options to renew.
