The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-6538 with Raytheon Equipment Division, Portsmouth, 1847 W. Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871. Orders will be issued for materials and engineering services for engineering changes, and repairs to the Combat Control System (CCS) MK2 equipment and Raytheon Equipment Division, Portsmouth, manufactured components and subsystems of the AN/BQQ-5 and AN/BQQ-6 programs. Orders will be issued for the fabrication, testing, and furnishing of retrofit/modification kits, associated support and unique test equipment for the AN/BQQ-5, the AN/BQQ-5D(V), and AN/BQQ-6 systems and associated trainers. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Raytheon is the developer and sole producer of the CCS MK2, and Raytheon manufactures components for the AN/BQQ-5 and AN/BQQ-6 systems. Raytheon is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling, and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described herein.
