M -- AVIATION SUPPORT SERVICES SOL S-OPRAQ-95-R-0630 DUE 062095 POC Bonna Bonard 703/875-6057 The Department of State, Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement requires services for aviation operation, maintenance, logistics, and related technical support services. The contract will be for one year with four one-year options. The current fleet of approximately 60 aircraft consists of the following types of aircraft: T-65 Thrush, C-208, and L-19D airplanes and B-212 and UH-1H helicopters. The Contractor will work at government facilities currently located at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, and in various program countries in Latin America. The primary mission is to support eradication and interdiction of narcotics outside the continental United States. The contractor will: 1) fly mission combinations that include day, night vision goggle, spray, interdiction, transport, reconnaissance, search and rescue, Medevac, and ferry; 2) provide field level, base level and limited depot level maintenance for program aircraft; 3) provide material and logistics support necessary to maintain the aircraft; and 4) perform various training functions.
