It is the intent of the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service to acquire the continuation of substance abuse services in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to include: out-patient, prevention and community educatin. The Bemidji Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the American Indian Council on Alcoholism in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(5) and FAR 6.302-5, and Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation 380.5 for eligible Indian clients. This RFP is a Buy-Indian set-aside under the authority of the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47) and will be issued approximately on April 6, 1995.
